Platter - Fresh Sashimi

This platter is made up of a mixture of our fresh Tasmanian Sashimi Salmon, Tasmanian Sashimi Ocean Trout, Sashimi Tuna, Sashimi Murray Cod/Kingfish and served with Soy sauce, Wakame and Pickled ginger.
